  • Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Ship the item back to our return address at your own cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
